New Roof (In Progress): Integrated Metal Products, Guelph
Since 1987, Integrated Metal Products has been a full service contract manufacturer of precision fabricated metal components. Alliance Roofing is proud to have been selected to complete the Flat Roofing on Integrated Metal Products new facility. The Flat Roofing will consist of a 60mil White TPO Roof Assembly. The TPO Membrane will be a mix of Mechanically Fastened and Fully Adhered applications with installation set to begin Mid-December 2015.
Roof Replacement (In Progress): Frito-Lay, Cambridge
Founded in 1932, Frito-Lay has grown to become Canada’s largest snack food producer. Alliance Roofing is pleased to have been selected as the preferred contractor for this extremely intricate 2015-16 roof replacement project. Approximately 7,500sqft of roofing is to be completely removed and replaced, with another 17,600sqft of overlay roofing. All internal production processes will remain operational during the roof renovation. The new roof will feature a mechanically fastened FiberTite KEE-PVC roofing membrane, with production scheduled to begin late September 2015.
